By far the best experience I've had at any restaurant in years! As a former restaurant manager I was impressed every step of the way. We were greeted with a smile immediately, our burgers were phenomenal and the restaurant was impeccably clean. If we lived closer I'd go back tomorrow.

The manager working tonight was awesome and friendly. He helped me with my rewards to make sure I was able to use it and to help out a mother that just doesn’t have much right now. It is very appreciated as there are not kind people in the world any more when people are down on their luck. Thank you Red Robin, the Togo girl was very kind, the door greater was very kind and the manager was awesome. They all definitely deserve something special as at this moment I’m not able to tip

We came in with a group out 17. Our server Scott was outstanding. There were numerous orders and many tickets, he kept us well taken care of. The whole time he kept bringing us appetizers. We were impressed with Scott greatly. I can’t speak highly enough about how big of an asset this guy is to this business. Ask for him as your server.

My husband and I love the unlimited steak fries with different dipping sauces, and the onion rings. Tonight we both had Salmon. I had terriaki and my husband had the Santa Fe. We love Salmon. However, mine only tasted like the sauce that was on it and my husbands didn't really have a flavor at all even though the salmon was nice and tender and flaky. But we had excellent service by a really good server. Last visit I had the chicken tenders and they were really good. They did have flavor besides the breading and the chicken was very tender. My husband had a burger and it was very good. I think all the burgers are pretty good.

1st time coming here and it was great. Had the Royal BG tasty. 16oz of Angry Orchard tasted so good but was to much for me can't do that next time for sure.

Really good food. Cheese burger is good and the fries are great too. The service was great! Not all loud and obnoxious like restaurants that sing happy birthday at the top of their lungs, when I am trying to eat dinner. Really good!

I'd normally give the food a 5 but I found a hair in my burger just as I was about to take a bite. (Not mine or family's hair color). I told our server (Cole , who was an absolute doll) and she profusely apologized and ordered me a new plate and took my meal off the ticket. The second burger was wonderful.
